CTT Inc. and KWAR Launch Commercial Real Estate Directory for Waterloo Region
The Real Estate Directory enables users to search real time data on properties within Waterloo Region. Potential investors will be able to easily and intuitively search the directory using a variety of filters, including current building type (for example, industrial or office), land use (for example, agricultural or development) as well as the more typical search criteria, such as size and price. Users will also be able to generate their own custom reports for future reference, or to distribute as required.
Bill Elliot, VP of Business Development at CTT, states, “The Waterloo Region Real Estate Directory is integral to CTT’s promotional activities. We now have access to up-to-date information on available commercial real estate and land. This directory will expedite appropriate real estate searches for both CTT & prospective clients and enhance transactions for KWAR members.”
George Patton, President of the Kitchener-Waterloo Association of REALTORS® says, “Our commercial REALTORS® are enthusiastic about this project further promoting their client’s properties to a world-wide audience, as well as reinforcing the commercial REALTOR®’s role as a business partner whether you’re looking for an investment, or a home for your company.”
